LORRY DRIVER'S DEATH.

TIRED BEFORE ACCIDENT.

WORKING ALL NIGHT.

' WHAXGAREI, this day. After the sitting of the Magistrate'* Court yesterday Mr. J. H. Luxford, SJI travelled to Kawakawa to investigate the death of Kay Wilson, who was killed when his lorry fell over a bank near Maromaku yesterday morning. A farmer said he noticed ' Wilson driving the lorry at an exceptional pace and trying to pass another lorrV. The marks indicated that the lorry went into a water-table, and, freeing i£seH. slid right across the road over a steep bank finishing 62ft from the road. Wilson was picked up, terriblr crushed about the chest, and died before Kawakawa Hospital was reached.
