PIO PIO DAIRY CO.
For the month of December, 1928, the Pio Pio Co-operative Dairy Company is making advance for the finest butterfat at the rate of 1/5 per lb net cash. This will absorb £9463 14/4, as against £7547 14/ for the same month of 1927. The increase in output for December was 3V<l tons, and the increase for the season to December 31 amounts to 22% tons. The butter passing through the grade store is well up to standard, a number of lines scoring 95 points, and the average, grade for the month is 94.503 points. The pastures generally are good, and there is every prospect of the increased supply being maintained right through the season.
