DANGER SIGNALS OF DYING MAN.
A mail train for Manchester was held up so long outside Uuflield Station, near Derby, that the fireman of the train walked to the signal cabin to investigate.
There he found the signalman, Henry John Rose, dead on the floor.
Hose, who was 01. had apparently collapsed wJiile at work. He had left all the signals at danger.
