N.Z. TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS
GROUNDS AFFECTED BT RAIN
PLAY STARTS TO-MORROW.
Owing to the steady rain this morning a start could not be %iade with the New Zealand tennis championships at Stanley Street. The courts were sodden at mid-day, and it was decided to commence play to-morrow morning at nine o'clock.
