WENT TO SEE A "GENT."
ILLEGALLY ON HOTEL PREMISES.
Thomas Martin is a man who doesn't waste words. When charged with entering licensed premises while prohibited, at the Police Court this morning, all he had to say was that he "went to see a gent." "Did yon," said Mr. Hunt, with a smile. "You had better keep out of hotels. You are fined £1."
