VJR.C. DERBY.

TO BE RUN TO-MORROW.

The V.R.C. Derby will be run at Flemington to-morrow and particular interest locally will centre on the running of Prince Humphrey, who won the A.J.C. Derby recently. Mis performance in the W. 8. Cox Plate at Moonee Valley recently was not very encouraging, particularly as Ramuhis, one of his opponents to-morrow, was only just beaten by Highland after leading practically all the way, and Oatendale, another Derby candidate, was sixth. Strephon, owned by Air. Sol Green, won the Herbert Power Stakes at Caulfield recently and is thought to be Prince Humphrey's most dangerous rival. The field is as follows.— Yodelist Hamulus Balmerino sstrepbon Cimbrlan Strogoff Kavalli Oay Mutineer. Oateiidale Happy Warrior Prince Humphrey
