SILVER JUBILEE CELEBRATION
ARRANGEMENTS FOR NEXT WEEK-END. The silver jubilee celebrations in connection with Sacred Heart College will be held next week-end, and no effort is being Spared to make them a success. On Saturday afternoon the annual sports will be held at the college, and there will be a smoke concert in the evening. Pontifical High Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Liston at 10.30 a.m. on Sunday. Afterwards, old boys of the college will be the guests of the Marist Brothers at luncheon, and in the afternoon friends and well-wishers of the school will attend a reception at the college. The celebrations will end on Monday evening, when a dance will be held at the Click Clack Cabaret.
The football match between the past and present pupils of the college, also held in connection with the celebrations, was decided several weeks ago.
