T. Mamleno .Tarkson offered for sale Italic! ion at their mart this morning a farm of 20j; acres in the estate of the fate Isabella 11. Kerr. The property is at Wiri. and on it is a fi-roonied house with outbuildings. The farm was knocked down for £2025.
Palethorpe and Parkes sold two properties by auction this morning. An area of 10 acres at Albany, near the wharf, realised £660. The land is planted with apple trees in good bearing, and on it is a four-roomed cottage. The same Arm also sold an area of 4* acres at Ilobsonville with o-roomed dwelling thereon, for £Sso Lnder conduct of the registrar of the Supreme Court. Horne. Ltd.. offered for c 2 A? 11 a five-roomed hungalow at f»o. I lonbern Road. Remuera. The pronertv was purchased by the Crown for £825.
