The biggest land deal negotiated in the Waikato for some time has just been completed. The property is a farm of 1053 acres, situated at Kiwitahi, four miles from Morrinsville, belonging to a widow, Mrs. J. Bell. The purchaser is Mr. Leslie Larner, a young Hawke's Bay farmer, and a son of Mr. V. J. Larner, of Auckland.

The price was £25,000, and cash was paid.
