PRIME MINISTER'S OPINION. FIRST WEEK IN OCTOBER. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Interviewed after a Cabinet meeting this afternoon, Mr. Coates said the Budget could be expected within a fortnight. It was his personal opinion that the session would finish about the first week in October.
