FORGERY ALLEGED.
COUNCIL EMPLOYEE IN COURT
A charge of forging a working timesheet by making it appear that he worked o4J hours longer than was actually so, and that he uttered the same to the Matamata County Council, was brought against Robert Charles Dixon (55), at the Police Court this morning. On the application of Chief-Detective Hammond, Dixon was remanded to appear at Putaruru oil May 29. Bail was allowed.
