SURGEONS MEET.
AUSTRALIAN CONFERENCE. (Received 12.30 p.:i.) CANBERRA, this day.
The first meeting of the College of Surgeons of Australia and New Zealand, the formation of which was desided by the Dunedin Medical Congress Isst year, opens to-day, when 150 are expected to attend, including a number of New Zealanders.
The agenda includes private discussions on technical subjects, chiefly plastic surgery. An attempt will be made to formulate a policy in relation to hospital accommodation and surgical practice and post graduate training.
