BORODIN IN CHINA.
ENTRY BY FALSE PASSPORT. (Received 10 a.m.) PARIS, March 30. < The Shanghni correspondent of the Petit Parinien" reports that Borodin, the former Soviet emissary in China, has re-entered that country under a false passport. He is hiding in Shanghai. A •"evolutionary revival is traceable to his presence.
