The Soring Hill (Waitakere) subdivision was offered for auction by the Loan and Mercantile Agency at the Chamber of Commerce J«terday aftenioon. There was only a very modest attendMce of the public and bidding was somewhat retrained. Only one section was sold under the hammer, the price reaching £33 per acre. A't er the sale, however, there were several inquiries after sections, and they are all expected to change hands shortly..
