CANADIAN ARRANGEMENTS. (Heceived 9 a.m.) MONTREAL, March 21. Japan has expressed willingness to meet Canada in the American zone for the Davis Cup if successful in the first round against Cuba. No word has yet come from the Cubans about making the same arrangement if they defeat the Japs.
