DEATH AFTER OPERATION.

MR. JOHN KELLY, OF THAMES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, Saturday. Mr. John Kelly, manager of the Salutation Hotel, Thames, aged 38 years, died at King George V. Hospital after an operation on his throat. He was taken ill when visiting Rotorua with his wife.

At the inquest, held before Mr. W. L. Richards, coroner, a verdict was returned that the cause of death was heart fail.ure, no Ma me being attachable to anyone.
