CONFERENCE IN WHANGAREI. COIXCILS CO-OPERATING. lEy Telcginph.—Own Correspondent.) WHAXGAREI, Monday. An important conference l>et\vccu representatives of the Borough a:ui County Councils was lipid on Saturday morning in connection with future operations under the Town Planning Act of mutual benefit to botli councils. As the outcome of the deliberations, thirteen projects were recommended for immediate investigation by the two councils. The conference also recommended that the Borough Council make an immediate and thorough investigation of the scheme for laying out stock routes.
