MR. WILLIAM MITCH ELI.. J j An old and valued employee of the j Brett Printing and Publishing Company, Mr. William Mitchell, has retired after 142 years' service, and as a mark of j esteem he received a presentation from the heads of departments and members of the office and reporting staffs. Mr. Mitchell has an enviable record of very faithful service.
