FIRE STARTED IN PANTRY.
BOARDINGHOUSE DAMAGED. BRIGADE MAKES GOOD SAVE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCnURCH, Friday. Fire broke out in Warwick House, a private boardinghouse at Hip corner of Montreal and Armagh Streets., facing Cm inner Square shortly after live o'clock this afternonn. The outbreak originated in a pantry on the fir>l floor of the new brick wing and quickly spread along the wiling to the adjoining bedrooms. Three bedrooms were badly damaged, tlie pantry was putted, and the remainder of the lioiim> suffered severe ilninagc from water and smoke. The brigade effected a pood sa\e.
