» ■ (Before Mr. \V. H. McKean. S.M.) This morning's fining of the Police Court was a particularly light one. not a single inebriate having been taken into custody by the police since yesterday. REMANDED ON THEFT CHARGE. Frederick Roy Humphrey (2S). who! was charged with Mealing £3 1G'!0. the! property of A. B. Wright and Son*, on I February 4. was remanded for one week. I Detective Lambert, staling that other charges were pending. YOUTH ALSO REMANDED. A youth, just turned 16. whose name was ordered lo !>e suppressed, uao remanded until Tuesday next on a charge of breaking and entering a «-!orc a:3<3 j stealing £'.} in monev.
