HAVY LEAGUE ACTIVITIES.
The local branch of the Xavy League is endeavouring to provide entertainment for the men of the warship's complement. To effectively do this the co-op-eration of the public is necessary, particularly in asking the ratings to visit private homes. To afford information to those willing to assist an office has been opened adjacent to the man-o-'-war steps, and later, when the Renow n berths the office will be on the wharf ia the vicinity.
