GUILTY OF THEFT.
COHMHMITTED for sentence. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDDiT, this day. At the Police Court' yesterday Howard Beeeham Pattrick, for a period secretary of the Dunedin Stock Exchange, and a member of the St. Kilda Borough Council, a sharebroker, pleaded guilty to three charges of converting to his own use brewery debentures aggregating £678. HHe was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. One witness stated that he knew accused lost heavily in the flotation of a millinery company, and had had heavy hospital expenses.
