LONDON, August 21. "The luckiest woman alive." That is what doctors say about Mrs. Marion Campbell, of Manchester, who, after being thrown from a sidecar, in which her husband and baby remained, was bitten in the throat, within an eighth of an inch of the jugular vein, by a dog, which was chasing a cow. j
