PLUNKET HEADQUARTERS.
The alterations to the recently acquired Plunket headquarters in Symonds Street are rapidly approaching completion, and the building will shortly be available for active work. The costs of the necessary alterations and .furnishing will be about £1150, and an effort will be made to have the sum of £2250 fiaid off the purchase price immediately, leaving £3000 on mortgage, the interest on which would be about equal to tie rental of the present Plunket premises in Upper Symonds Street. Already a donation of £50 to furnish a room has been received from Frank and John Nathan, both Plunket babies, in recognition of benefit received. A donation of £20 from Mrs. A. M. Hellaby was forwarded, with an expression of warm approval of the purchase of more suitable quarters. Two Plunket babies, Henry and Derek Terry, have lonated £2 each towards the furnishing l md. .
