I told her to get the ' —: — tickets herself," eaid George Wilson Poeklington, shoemaker (51), in extenuation of a charge of indecent language outside a picture' palace. The bench, however, considered that a man must not swear, even to his wife, in a public place, and fined him £1 or three days' imprisonment.
