Galloway, who regards the needs of the youth of the city as being of greater importance than" the provision of motor drive? round such places as Breaker Bay. He takes the attitude that the construction of playing areas would be a better use of the money which is being provided for the relief of the unemployed. Mr. Galloway hold that Satan's traditional claim on the idle is weakened br facilities for growing boys and girls to play games in good surroundings, as not only are their physical and social qualities developed, but good citizens are made by healthy sport and recreation.
