DUNEDIN, thla day. Objection wai taken by members of the Management Committee of the Otago Football Association to what was considered a move on the part of the New Zealand Council to centralise the best Soccer in Wellington. The question arose when in a scrutiny of the council's minutes a clause was reached which mentioned a proposal to cive £25 for the annual primary schools' tournament, "to be contested in Wellingto Mr? pointed out that the Otago school team last year travelled to Canterbury and Wellington, and apparently w<>re exoeoted to do co again.
