ADOPTED IN AFRICA. fßecelved 2.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, May 12. A joint session of the Senate Assembly by 83 votes to 67 adopted the Colour Bar Bill, which restricts the sphere of labour for natives and coloured people in certain skilled trades. The voting was strictly on party lines.-(A. and N.Z.)
