'VARSITY TOURNAMENT.

CANTERBURY WINS CUP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. The inter-university lawn tennis tourney was concluded to-day, under favourable conditions, bright sunshine prevailing. The competition resulted in favour of Canterbury, who won all the fiva events, and wrested the cup from Otago, who won it last year. Some very fine play was witnessed, and a high standard attained.
