ABOLISHED IN GERMANY. (Received 11 a.m.) BERLIN, February 22. ' The Reichstag has passed a law making duelling among Reichswehr officers punishable by dismissal from the service. ("Sun.") JAPANESE POLITICS. POSSIBLE CABINET CRISIS. TOKYO, February 22. Owinp to the defeat of certain Government bills for railway extension, M. Sengoku (Minister of .Railways) is expected to resign, which will result in a Cabinet crisis. It is understood that the Premier is endeavouring to persuade M. Sengoku to retain office.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) CRISIS AVERTED. (Received 0.30 a.m.. TOKYO, February 22. M. Sengoku has agreed to retain office as Minister of Railways til! the session ends, when Cabinet reorganisation will probably be undertaken.— (Vieuter.) RUSSIA AND BELGIUM. (Received 11 t.m.) LONDON, February 22. A Brussels message states that the Belgian Foreign Minister is considering the resumption of commercial relations with the Soviet.— ("Sun.")
