HAMILTON MOTOR CAMP.

ON THE BANKS OF THE WAIKATO. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A quiet, shady, picturesque little spot on the banks of the Waikato River at the foot of Hillsboro' Terrace has been selected by the Hamilton branch of the Auckland Automobile Association as a site for the proposed motorists' camp in the town. Reporting to the branch at its meeting last evening, the secretary, Mr. J. Gilbert, said that the site was an ideal one and could not be bettered anywhere. It was secluded, attractive, and handy to town, while an additional' advantage was that it was Crown land, which should make its acquisition a matter of no great difficulty. The committee acting in selection of the site was authorised to* go into the question of arranging for lighting conveniences at tho camp.
