CHARGE AGAINST CONSTABLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) _NVERCARGILL, Tuesday. The Supreme Court sittings commenced to-day before Mr. Justice SimJohn Robert " Kyle was sentenced to thre years' probation for breaking and entering at Mataura. Albert Henry Dusting, a police constable, was charged with negligently driving a motor car at Gore, and causing bodily injuries to Elizabeth McKenna, a young woman returning from the skating rink. She was knocked down and severely injured by the car, which did not stop. Accused was found guilty and remanded for sentence.
