DIVORCE COURT.
DECREES AT HAMILTON. (By Telegrapb.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court to-day an order for restoration of marriage rights was granted Hazel Lillian Dendy, of Auckland against Arthur Robt. Dendy. It was stated°tliat respondent, an elderly man, had been living apart from, his wife. Roy Stanley Johnston, of Wellington, was granted a decree nisi against Eileen Kate "Johnston, who, it was stated, went off to Sydney with a man named Ainsleigh bertram Power. Costs were allowed against co-respondent, and the petitioner was granted the custody of his child.
