TRESPASS ON RACECOURSE.
CONVICTION AND DISCHARGE. (By Telegraph.—Press AsSo2iatlon.) GISBORNE, this day. Timothy Kenna was before the court to-day, charged with trespassing on the Avondale racecourse while a meeting was in progress. Accused Said he did not know he was prohibited from attending races. He was the holder of the D.C.M. and Meritorious Service medals. Accused was convicted and discharged.
