GENERAL MTJLCAHY STRUCK. TWO POLITICAL DISTURBANCES i Received 2 p.m.i PHILADELPHIA, September 30. While visiting Independence Hall with other members of ,the Inter-Parlia-mentary Union on Wednesday. General Richard Mulcahy. of the Irish Free State Army, was struck in the face by one of a group of men and women.
