APPOINTMENT OF GOVERNORS. LONDON, August 12. Sir Reginald Stubbs (Governor of Hongkong) has been appointed Governor of Jamaica. Mr. Cecil Clementi (Colonial Secretary, Ceylon) succeeds Sir Reginald at Hongkong. Sir Graeme Thomson (Governor of Britsh Guiana) succeeds Sir Hugh Clifford as Governor of Nigeria. Sir Cecil Eodwell (Governor of Fiji) succeeds Sir Graeme Thomson in.British Guiana.— (Reuter.)
