NOT WANTED IN AUSTRALIA. MELBOURNE, June 3. In commenting on the deportation of the man Lyons from New Zealand, the Federal Solicitor-General (Sir Robert Garran) said that under Australia's own migration laws she had power to refuse to admit anyone who was not an Australian citizen. Once having accepted a deportee as a passenger, the responsibility for getting rid of him or for keeping him in the meantime lav vith the shipping^company. — (A. an4-£t,Z.)_
