HON. GWYNETH MORGAN.
BODY FOUND IN THAMES. EVIDENCE AT INQUEST. IjOXDOX, May 27. At the inquest concerning the rtentli of the Hon. (itrrnetli Morgan, whose body was found in the Thames, evidence WRS given to tin: effect that deceased's father, Lord Tredegar, had provided her with n house at Wimbledon lieoause. the conditions at his home did not agree with her. Deceased was tinder a specialist taking treatment for bad nerves and general debility. Although she wae often depressed, she had not actually threatened to take her life. Tt was suggested that deceased stumbled into the Thames (which is not far from where she lived) while she was in a state of nervous prostration. The coroner, however, said he doubted if deceased could have been regarded as normal in view of tbp fact that she wore a pendant which had boon mended with string and wire. The inquest was adjourned for the purpose of takinp the evidenc" of deceased's companion.— (A. and N.Z.)
