CONFERENCE OPENS TO-MORROW. The fourteenth Dominion conference of the Church of England's Men's Society —tho only inter-diocesan organisation for men within the Church —will open to-morrow evening, when a service will l>e held in St. Matthew's Church at 8 o'clock. The preacher will be his Grace tho Archbishop (Dr. Averill). The business session will open on Wednesday, nt 10 a.m., in St. Raul's Church schoolroom, Symonds Street, when reports will be received, and nominations made for executive officers. "Youth and the Church" will be the subject of an address and discussion in tbe afternoon. The delegates will be entertainedd at tea ill the evening, and an address nnd discussion will take place on "The Ministry of Healing; its Revival and Continuance." The evangelistic work of tbe Church, immigration, and hospital visiting, in relation to tlie C.E.M.S., will be the subjects of addresses and discussion on Thursday morning. Tbe election of Dominion officers and council will take place on Thursday afternoon, nnd an address on "The Church nnd Social Problems" will be given. There will be a Bocial tea for all members in the evening, followed by an open meeting, when Messrs. N. E. Burton (Auckland) and R. Creed Meredith (Wanganui) will speak on tho subject of the revival of church life in England. Rev. Cecil Watson, 8.A., will be official chaplain to the conference.
