TROTSKY IN FAVOUR.
PRESS BOYCOTT ENDS. ; March 31. There is a prospect of M. Trotsky, former Commissary of War in Russia, who has been out of favour with the Soviet leaders of late, being readmitted to the Soviet fold, says the Riga correspondent of the "Times." Although lie is still virtually a. prisoner in the Caucasus Mountain?, private advices from Moscow indicate that his relations with the Soviet chiefs have recently improved. This is borne out by the recent discontinuance of the Press "boycott against him. It is stated that he may conditionally be allowed to return to Moscow to participate in the forthcoming Soviet congresses.
