RESEARCHES IN U.S. " GROUNDWORK OF CURE." NEW YORK, March 30. The "New York World" publishes an account of recent researches by scientists into tuberculosis, hitherto undivulged. After four years' work, a group of scientists organised by the National Tuberculosis Association, believes such remarkable progress has been made that a groundwork for a cure is almost certain of discovery. The experiments have been carried out under the direction of a committee of five which has xitilised the best laboratories and investigators available. Dr. William White, chairman of the committee, expressed the opinion that these co-ordinated efforts were slowly leading to a cure.
