LOANS TO DOMINIONS.
EXAMPLE OF NEW ZEALAND. FRANK DETAILS DESIRED. LONDON, February 4. The financial editor of the "Morning Post" advocates that prospectuses for future Dominion loans should embody full details of tbe finances of tile Dominion concerned, on the lines of New Zealand's recent prospectus. The writer argues that Dominion loans may be labelled indiscriminately -'trustee securities," but that there must be degrees according to the properity and soundness of the Administration of the particular Dominion.—(A. and N.Z. table.)
