LARRIKINISM AT MT. EDEN.
' (To the Editor.) I Sir, —Last Monday morning I arose and went for ray usual early-morning-I before-breakfast walk, and when pasI Ring along the road found a large sub- ; division notice relating to a nearby ! subdivision, firmly planted in a front lawn of a private residence. This struck mc as peculiar, but imagine my astonishment when I found another one further along the road. Then I noticed the street names were all in error, and iwhen I returned and made a closer ■inspection I found my house wa3 "foi : eale." Surely the acts of nonsensical, j irresponsible anger-provoking youths could alone be the cause. I sincerely ! trust they were merely mid-Sunday I night visitors from another suburb. 1 j would be horrified to feel that they belong to our proud little suburb. May ; these remarks reach the imbecile culprits.—l am, etc., j PRO BOXA VIA DOMINIONE.
