CARNEGIE FUND AWARD. BOTH PERSONS FAINT. LONDON, January 2. Samuel Miller, of Portsmouth, fainted when presented with a certificate and £10 from the Carnegie Fund for diving from the pier and rescuing a drowning girl. This girl attended the presentation and also fainted. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
