A SUSPECTED CASE. GIRL UNDER OBSERVATION. Mneteen third-class passengers from the Makura are still being detained at quarantine station on Motuihi Island. One girl who has been under observation has developed suspicions symptoms of alastrirn. and consequently tlio others will continue at the island until further notice. Three or four of the passengers who have been sufficiently vaccinated have previously been allowed to land in Auckland under surveillance.
