FIRE AT TAUMARUNUI.

BEIGADE-S GOOD "SAVE." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAUMARUNTJI, this day. A fire broke out in the Theatre Royal at three o'clock this morning. The luilding was used last night for a ball, and when the proprietor locked up at 1.30 a.m. everything was in order. The brigade effected a smart save, and the rear portion only, comprising dressingrooms, kitchen, and part of the stage was damaged to the extent of about •■£3 so. The building was insured for €1000.
