EX-KAISER'S MILLIONS.
BONDS SOLD TO BRITISH BANK COURT DECLARES SALE OFF. BRUSSELS, December 27. The Court of Appeal has given judgment in a lawsuit relating to the exKaiser's fortune. A Brussels broker commissioned an English bank to cash bond, coupons amounting to several million francs. The Britsih Government objected to the negotiation of the coupons, as >t has received information that they belonged to the ex-Kaiser. The English bank brought an action to recover the amount. The Court of First Instance gave judgment in the bank's favour. The Appeal Court confirmed the judgment, and ordered the broker to refund the amount to the bank. A Dutch bank, which was an intermediary in the case was nonsuited.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)"
