COMMISSION Or INQUIRY. HASTENING THE REPORT. 1 ROME, November 16. The Rome Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into war expenses has been -carrying out its duties in a desultory ' fashion. The tPrime Minister (Signor Mussolini) has issued a decree demanding a definite report by December 31. He forbids any leakage of its contents before the report is presented to Parliament. Members are threatened with a fine of 50,040 lire, and penal, prosecution if they divulge the findings of the commission.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
