Hie Imperial Treasury take? tile view that repayment should bo on the basis of tlie pre-war exelinnsre rates, while Canada demands existing rates. Canada ie also trying to secure payment from Rumania of 25.000.000d015. of loan money, or else security against Customs collections, by which Canada could get cash from New York bankers. (Router.)
