PACIFIC GETTING CROWDED.

REGULAR ROUTES WANTED. WASHINGTON, April 10. The hydrographic office of the Navy Department is co-operating with the Japanese, Canadian, and British Governments in mapping out the two most favourable courses in the North Pacific.
